Each MS student is required to have at least one advisor before the end of his first-semester study. (Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors in the Department of Electrical Engineering are all eligible for being advisors). In case that the student cannot find an advisor before the end of his first-semester study, the Chairman of the department can assign two professors to investigate the difficulty. If the student is determined unsuitable to study in the department, he or she will be suspended from school. apply to students entering Fall 2020 and after

Master’s degree students must complete 4 credit hours (1 class) of Mandarin courses before graduating. Students can waive 4 Mandarin Credit hours by passing TOCFL level A1. (The required courses by university) apply to international students entering Fall 2020 and after

Students that are enrolled in the graduate and doctorate programs starting from (including) the 2015 Fall semester must complete National Tsing Hua University Academic Research Ethics Education Course before the end of the first year of his/her enrollment. (The required courses by university)
