Abstract:

    Camera was digitized for tens of years. The digital image signal process is getting mature, the image quality is getting better makes the digital camera becomes a popular consumer electronic device.  I’ll introduce the digital camera system and the related technologies, including the image signal process pipeline and interesting camera features.

    In the recent years, the cameras are equipped on more and various devices, like smart phone, tablet, digital TV, automobile and many others. Many new technologies are developed and new applications are created or imaged. The camera is transforming from an image capture device to a smart device that can understand the content. There are opportunities together with challenges.
