電機系碩士班研究生修讀本校『學士班課程』申請作業公告

Application for taking undergraduate courses for master's students

申請期限：113年2月19日起至113年3月1日截止（上班時間內）。

Date：From February 19 to March 1, 2024 (during office hours)

申請程序：請至網頁下方下載申請表。申請表填寫完成並請指導教授勾選意見及簽名後，請與大學部歷年成績單一起合併掃描(或轉檔)儲存成一個PDF檔案，於上述申請期限內e-mail寄到系辦信箱(eeoffice@my.nthu.edu.tw)，信件標題請註明：學號/姓名/申請修讀學士班課程。

Procedure：Please download the application form at the bottom of the webpage. After completing the application form with the comments and signatures of your advisor, scan and convert it together with the academic transcripts into a PDF file, and send it to the department office email (eeoffice@my. nthu.edu.tw) during the application period. Please indicate the subject of the letter: student ID/name/ Application for taking undergraduate courses for master's students.

說明：

一、碩士班學生在入學後，基於研究需要，必須修讀學士班課程時，可以依據當學期系網頁公告，提出修讀學士班課程申請，經指導教授及系主任同意後，得計入碩士班畢業學分，但以6學分為限。

◆依據「國立清華大學電機工程學系碩士班修讀辦法」第三條「必修課程及學分」--

除校定必修課程、「書報討論」二學期二學分及「論文研究」0學分之外，必須修滿本系所認可之課程廿四學分。

碩士班學生在其指導教授及系主任同意下，可以修讀本校大學部課程，不限科號，但以6學分為限，且碩士班學生於學士班修讀期間，已修畢並取得學分之學士班課程，在相同科號、相同課程名稱與相同授課教師的情況下，不得於碩士班入學，重覆修習後，申請將該課程學分，計入碩士班畢業學分數。

二、本項作業限修讀學士班課程學分須計入碩士班畢業學分者申請；如不計入碩士班畢業學分者，則不需要填表申請。

Course requirements：

M.S. students of the EE department are required to take postgraduate courses, recognized by the department for more than 24 credits (excluding the required courses by university, 2 credits in Seminar and Thesis). Subject to the agreement by the advisor and the chairman of the EE department, students can take the undergraduate courses instead, but not exceeding 6 credits.
