電機系博士班研究生成立【博士學位委員會】申請作業公告

Application for Ph.D. Degree Committee

申請期限：113年2月19日起至113年3月1日截止（上班時間內）。

Date：From February 19 to March 1, 2024 (during office hours)

申請程序：請至網頁下方下載申請表。申請表填寫完成後，先請指導教授、指導教授推薦人選簽名，再掃描(或轉檔)儲存成一個PDF檔案，於上述申請期限內e-mail寄到系辦信箱(eeoffice@my.nthu.edu.tw)，信件標題請註明：學號/姓名/申請成立博士學位委員會。

Procedure：Please download the application form at the bottom of the webpage.  After completing the application form with the signatures of your advisor and committee members recommended by your advisor, scan and convert it into a PDF file, and send it to the department office email (eeoffice@my. nthu.edu.tw) during the application period. Please indicate the subject of the letter: student ID/name/Application for Ph.D. Degree Committee.

說明：

一、依據「國立清華大學電機工程學系博士班修讀辦法」第六條「博士學位委員會」規定—

每位博士班研究生於入學確定指導教授後一年內應成立博士學位委員會，委員會成員包含指導教授、指導教授推薦人選、系主任指定人選共三位；委員會成員並為該生「博士學位考試」之當然委員。

二、成立【博士學位委員會】是本系博士班研究生提出畢業資格初審的先決要件，未成立博士學位委員會者，無法提出畢業資格初審，請同學特別注意。
