2024 Academic Year Spring semester / Electrical Engineering Department

Application for Qualifying Examination for Ph.D.

申請期限：113年2月19日起至113年3月1日止（上班時間內）。

Date：From February 19 to March 1, 2024 (during office hours)

申請程序：請至網頁下方下載申請表。申請表填寫完成並請指導教授簽名後，請與成績單、成績分佈表一起合併掃描(或轉檔)儲存成一個PDF檔案，於上述申請期限內e-mail寄到系辦信箱(eeoffice@my.nthu.edu.tw)，信件標題請註明：學號/姓名/申請博士班資格考核。

Procedure：Please download the application form at the bottom of the webpage. After completing the application form with the signature of your advisor, scan and convert it together with the academic transcripts and grade distribution into a PDF file, and send it to the department office email (eeoffice@my. nthu.edu.tw) during the application period. Please indicate the subject of the letter: student ID/name/Application for Qualifying Examination for Ph.D.

說    明：博士班資格考核相關內容，請參考「國立清華大學電機工程學系博士班資格考核實施細則」。

附    註：博士班以修課成績抵免資格考試規定自91學年度開始，故申請抵免之課程僅限91學年度（含）以後所開授課程。
