Abstract

In this lecture , Chao_Cheng Lee will talk about several new R&D topics in Realtek . Including IOT(internet of things) design considerations , 25Gbps serial link design challenges , Realtek’s in house processor and in house EDA tool , transistor level STA(static timing analysis), RF design challenges at 28nm and beyond , and automotive Ethernet . 

Biography

Chao-Cheng Lee received the B.S. degree from National Chiao-Tung University in 1988 in electrical engineering.  And he received the M.S. degree from National Taiwan University in 1990 in physics.

He joined Realtek Semiconductor in 1992 and is currently the Senior Vice President of Engineering in Realtek.  His research interests includes PLL, filter, high speed ADC/DAC , Serdes , mismatch calibration.  He has more than 30 U.S. patents granted or pending. He is the winner of 18th  Industrial Technology Advancement Award , Taiwan .
