★陳鴻禹的學歷及資歷:
 

Hong-Yu (Henry) Chen received the B.S. degree from National Tsing Hua
University (NTHU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2007 and the M.S.degree from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, in 2011, both in electrical engineering (EE). He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degreein the Center for Integrated Systems of Stanford University under thesupervision by Prof. H.-S. Philip Wong.

His research interests at Stanford include (1) emerging memory:resistive switching random access memory (RRAM) and phase change memory (PCM). (2) carbon nanotubes (CNTs) synthesis, material characterization, device/circuit integration.

In the summer of 2011, he worked as an intern in Applied Materials, Sunnyvale, CA, where he investigated high-K metal gate leakage mechanism. In the summer of 2012, he was a visiting scholar in IMEC, Leuven, Belgium, researching on the electrical characterization of CNT in VIA application.
