Shen Alum joined eMemory Technology Inc in 2001 and worked in the Technology and Intellectual Property Department. He led the team to successfully develop embedded non-volatile memory related technologies from s.7 micron to 90 nm. Because the embedded non-volatile memory component technology has a simple architecture and is fully compatible with the logic process, it can effectively help customers shorten the product development cycle and greatly improve the cost-effectiveness of the product. Its industrial utilization and convenience are emerging in the semiconductor industry. trend. Shen Alum has more than 120 patents worldwide and has published more than 30 professional technical papers. Dr. Shen is one of the inventors of eMemory Technology Inc ' proprietary non-volatile memory technology. He is also the lead author of the book "Logic Non-Volatile Memory" and a member of the scientific committee of the international forum "Solid State Devices and Materials".

Under the leadership of Dr. Shen Shi-Jie, the eMemory Technology team not only broke the illusion of the intellectual property industry for European and American companies, but also became the leading manufacturer of non-volatile memory for global logic processes. Currently, it uses the wisdom of eMemory Technology. There are nearly 1,100 wealthy customers, and the number of wafers produced by eMemory Technology has more than 14 million wafers. In 2017, eMemory Technology won the "IP Partner Award" for the eighth time, and it is the only embedded non-volatile memory provider in the world that has won this honor for eight consecutive years. It has greatly enhanced Taiwan semiconductor manufacturers in the international market.

He is eager to invest in the alumni’s affairs, donated the "Hundred People's Association" for building the multi-purpose gymnasium, continuing to sponsor the EE scholarship and setting up the "eMemory Technology Academic Lecture". In 2015, he was elected as the president of the Electrical Engineering Department and promoted many alumni activities and created the <TEEN Lecture>. Since the beginning of 2016, the sponsors and the Electrical Engineering Department have jointly established a course on the Logic NVM book written by eMemory Technology Co., Ltd., and through the on-site teaching and experience sharing of the eMemory Technology Group, students can learn through the classroom and practice in the industry. Those who have passed the selection of the EE department will have a one-year in-depth exchange with their instructor to fully study the practical experience in the workplace. More actively participate in the activities of the Tsinghua Entrepreneur Association (TEN), and introduce outstanding people from the industry to the association to hold lectures, etc., to contribute to the alma mater in all aspects.

Yu Zhen-Hua alumni has made great contributions to the research and development of advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology and promoted the cooperation between industry and academia. He has contributed to the alma mater and the society.

During his more than 20 years in TSMC, Dr. Yu has led the world in the development of advanced Cu/Low-K, CoWoS and InFO technology, which has won numerous awards, including “Outstanding Technology Honors”. Award (2003) Industrial Technology Development Award - R&D Management Innovation Award (2005), National Top Ten Outstanding Manager Award (2006), TSMC Innovation Reform and Customer Partner Award (2006), National Outstanding Engineer (2009) And the 2nd National Industrial Innovation Award: Group--Innovation Pilot Award (2013); In addition, in order to strengthen the competitive advantage of Taiwan's IC industry and ensure technological leadership, Dr. Yu actively invested in the application for process development related patents, as of 2017 In October, it has obtained more than 700 US patents, and its outstanding achievements won the first prize of TSMC's "Prolific Invention Award" in 2013. Most of the patents have been applied to the production of advanced process technology. Dr. Yu was elected IEEE Fellow (2013). Yu Alumni won the Presidential Science Award (Applied Science Group) in October 2017.

In terms of cooperation with the alma mater, promoting a number of industry-university cooperation can not only promote cutting-edge scientific research, help improve the academic status of the alma mater and the technical level of TSMC, but also expand the horizons of the junior students and increase the quality of work opportunities. Cooperated with Prof. Zheng Xi-Xian from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Prof. Wang Shang-Xiao from Chemical department, and Prof. Zeng Sheng-Yu from Statistic department to develop technologies such as “Virtual Wafer Acceptance Test” and “Straight Passing Perforation Virtual Termination Point”; cooperation with Professor Wan Qi-Chao from the Department of Chemical Engineering The electrode electroplating cobalt technology is applied to the protection of the envelope layer"; cooperated with Professor Wu Tai-Bo, the material department, to develop the "high dielectric material of the transistor component"; and cooperated with Professor Chen Li-Jun of the material department to develop the "made of the beryllium surface passivation protective layer"; Motivation is Professor Jiang Guo-Ning, co-developed “E-Package Reliability Accelerated Test Method”; and Professor Zeng Fan-Gen from the Department of Engineering and Systems Science, co-developed “microscopic steam chamber array to enhance wafer heat dissipation”; won the 15th Academy of Science in 2016 Alumni, joined the National Tsing Hua University 100-member conference in 2017, and joined the Materials Department Double Hundred Meeting in December 2017.

Yan Bo-Wen alumni has great contribution in the semiconductor industry, using outstanding talents, improving efficiency, achieving energy conservation and carbon reduction goals. He is engaged in public welfare activities and is dedicated to environmental protection in Taiwan.

Yan Alum joined United Microelectronics Corporation(UMC) as a grassroots engineer in 1986. After experienced several positions, he took over as CEO in 2012 and retired in 2017. Focused on the quality, innovation and sustainability of the company during the period of UMC, his leadership team continued to break through and establish the benchmark. It is the only high-tech enterprise in Asia that has been ranked among the top 10 in the ChannelNews Asia Asian Business Sustainability Ranking for three consecutive years. (2014~2016). In addition, it has also cited personal patent inventions, which on behalf of the company's negotiations, successfully prompted a foreign technology-advanced enterprise to agree to revoke its patent infringement claim, and was the first semiconductor company in Taiwan to obtain reconciliation and mutual patent authorization.

For the social participation, he set up and participated in the UMC's excellent people drum team to participate in public welfare activities such as social welfare, charity, and juvenile correction schools. In 2015, the UMC Energy Service Group was established to use the professional skills of the workplace to serve schools, hospitals, religious groups and charities to improve the efficiency of capital utilization, achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction, and improve environmental and work safety.
